How to manage multiple Gmail accounts without losing track.
Work, side business, personal — juggling inboxes means missed replies. Here are your options, from free Gmail tricks to one merged inbox.
Option 1: Gmail's built-in account switcher
Click your profile photo in Gmail and choose Add another account. You can switch between accounts quickly, but each one is still a separate inbox, so you have to remember to check them all.
Option 2: Forward everything into one account
This gives you one inbox, but it breaks easily: replies can go out from the wrong address, and Google Workspace admins sometimes block forwarding.

Set up forwarding
In the secondary account go to Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address, and point it at your main account. - 2
Add a Send mail as address
In your main account go to Settings → Accounts → Send mail as, so replies come from the right address. - 3
Label by account
Create a filter on the forwarded address that applies a label, so you can tell accounts apart.
