1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Mango Pop, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Mango Pop is a web application that connects to your Gmail account to help you read, organize, draft, and manage email. We do not replace Gmail; your mail remains stored in Google's services.

3. Accounts and access

You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Circumvent Gmail or Google API limits and policies.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service beyond normal use.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.

5. Intellectual property

Mango Pop owns the software, branding, and content of the service. You retain all rights to your own email and data.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, billing, and refunds will be governed by the terms shown at checkout when billing is enabled. We may change pricing with notice to active subscribers.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access creates risk for us or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts and summaries may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing anything before it is sent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango Pop and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
